The Morrigan ring is inspired by nature and it's beauty. The 3 gemstones in the center compliment the 3 tiny crescent moons above and below them. 

For the center oval gemstone and the pair of 3.5mm trillions you can select if you would like them to be Moissanite, Lab VS Diamonds, Natural SI Diamonds or Natural VS diamonds.

The 6x4mm oval center stone weighs .37-.44cts.

The 7x5mm oval center stone weighs .63-.80cts.

The pair of trillions weight approximately .30 cts.

The 10 additional side accent gems are natural VS white diamonds that have a combined weight of .10cts. Those will stay natural diamonds as shown no matter your other selections.

The ring shown in the photos has Moissanite for the three main gems and the oval is a 6x4mm size. 

The Morrigan ring with a 6x4mm oval center stone measures just under 15mm's wide at the top and the band is 1.75mm's wide.
