I have designed my very own little skeleton buddy bone by bone. The pair of skeletons are holding up a marquise shaped center that has a gorgeous natural Kingman Turquoise cabochon in the center and 2 irradiated rose cut green diamonds above and below it, there are 4 additional tiny diamonds. The turquoise weighs .66 carats. Underneath each skeleton is a tiny additional diamond, the 6 diamonds have a combined carat weight of approx. .10 carats, they are natural VS white diamonds. 
The pair of green diamonds has a combined weight of .32 carats.
The pave diamond chevron is set with an additional .18 carats of natural VS white diamonds.

This ring in the photos is the one you will receive, it is a size 7 and ready to ship. They can be sized up or down within 1 size.

The top of the skeleton ring on it;s own is 16mm's long and the band is 2mm's wide.
When combined with the pave diamond chevron the set is a little over 19mm's wide and each band is about 2mm's.
