The center stone in our Cosmos ring represents the full moon, in the listing you can choose your preferred lab Chatham gem. The center stone shown is a 6mm Chatham Alexandrite. The side gems will be set with your preference of natural VS white diamonds or heat treated natural black diamonds. 

When stacked the ring set is 17mm's wide across the top and each band is about 2mm's wide.
